Refund Policy

REFUNDS:

We do not accept exchanges or refunds, all sales are final due to sanitary concerns.

RETURN POLICY:

We only approve refunds if you have received the wrong item or order. Due to sanitary concerns we do not accept refunds.

Incorrect order received: If you received a incorrect order, you must contact evaraecollections@aol.com with your name, order number and proof of what you received. You must show proof with a photo or video of the products/packages. 

Eva Rae Collections is not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged packages. If you never received your package you must file a claim with USPS.   

SWITCHING ITEMS:

Once an order is placed no changes can be made; all sales are final.
